Almost philosophical
I don't know where I read this but I'm feeling positive today so...
"life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, it's learning to dance in the rain."
To be honest I'd prefer it to be
"…. , it's braving the swell and surfing a monster wave"
but that's just me, I've been stuck behind a desk too long!

Cometh the hour
Cometh the Jonny!
Surely no one still believes he's a mere man, Mr Wilkinson was clearly born of the gods.
It may be a little early to claim that we're back but between last Friday and today the Mighty Mighty England has had its sporting dreams re-ignited.
First we beat the fairly mighty aussies in a cricket ODI by 92 runs,
then Jonny, Harry and Mr Vickery stepped up to put a little faith back in English rugby
and finally our cricketers held their nerve (something everyone thought they might've lost a while ago) yesterday to beat NZ and get into the final of the tri-nation series.
Com'on!
Obviously, I shouldn't get too excited and I may be over reacting far too soon but, when one TV pundit asked "Is Jonny Wilkinson's return the greatest comeback since Lazarus decided to give that breathing lark another crack? " I have to treat it not as a rhetorical question but goading, not since that punk Joshua's reincarnation, best EVER!
