way better than astrology

Another case of me steeling from friends blogs but was bored of work so...

the explanation from Fred (of Billy Woo - car and flat in Sydney - fame) .....
"Ask A Stupid Question, Get A Stupid Answer. Hello world. Whilst taking a break from enjoy the unusually warm weather here in England, I checked my e-mails and found this intriguing little game had been sent to me. The basic idea is to put your itunes/other music player device on random and whatever song comes on next is the answer to the question. Easy. These are all genuine answers, some of which are weirdly accurate."

So here are my results for the all important questions, just like in Fred's case these are the songs that came up for each question, some make more sense than others >>>>

How am I feeling today?
>Bullet Proof...I wish I was - Radiohead (what's this I wish....)

Will I get far in life?
>All Blues - Miles Davis (not as promising as I'd have hoped for)

How do my friends see me?
>Good Old Fashioned Lover Boy - Queen (well!)

Where will I get married?
>Viva Las Vegas - Elvis Presley (seriously, that was the answer that came up - says it all really)

What is my best friend's theme song?
>Holiday - Greenday (sounds about right)

What is the story of my life?
>Love Spreads - The Stone Roses (from the evidence I'm guessing this is looking to the future rather than the here and now)

What is/was highschool like?
>Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds - the Beatles (well it was ok)

How can I get ahead in life?
>Music To Watch Girls By - Matt Monro (open to interpretation I'd say)

What is the best thing about me?
>Garden Song - John Denver (???? well who am I to question the great men!)

How is today going to be?
>I'm Going Slightly Mad - Queen (I think this tells me I've too much Queen however accurate it may be)

What is in store for this weekend?
>Got To Be There - Michael Jackson (bad song, great prediction)

What song describes my parents?
>Cry Me A River - Julie London (perhaps I've been away from the UK too long)

To describe my grandparents?
>E Funk - Roy Ayers (not the most telling of answers)

How is my life going?
>Mad About The Boy - Dinah Washington (the Queen songs that keep coming up mean nothing ok...)

What song will they play at my funeral?
>Three Coins In A Fountain - Frank Sinatra (think you've got to dig deep for meaning on this one)

How does the world see me?
>My Dad's Gone Crazy - Eminem (is that hereditary?)

Will I have a happy life?
>Mixed Emotions - The Rolling Stones (I have to say I was doubtful about this system but the answers aren't far off)

What do my friends really think of me?
>Waterfall - The Stone Roses (cryptic? I think I'd have to be a she not a he for the lyrics to help here)

Do people secretly lust after me?
>Fall Apart Button - Geneva (originally I thought this was a miss but I'm thinking if I'm the button... winner!)

How can I make myself happy?
>Under Pressure - Queen and David Bowie (guess it depends on where the pressure is applied)

What should I do with my life?
>Rock 'N Roll - Daft Punk (I was hopping holiday would come up again but this'll do)

What is some good advice for me?
>Posters - Jack Johnson (that's not advice at all)

How will I be remembered?
>I Just Wanna Make Love To You - Etta James (necrophilia anyone)

What is my signature dancing song?
>Smoke And Ashes - Tracy Chapman (shouldn't dance then, anyone could tell you that)

What do I think my current theme song is?
>Where Do The Children Play - Cat Stevens (dirty lies and rumours, I'm not John Mark Karr ok)

What does everyone else think my current theme song is?
>Tears - Red Hot Chilli Peppers (I like to think the lyrics work rather better than the title on tis one, maybe...)

What type of lovverrr do you like?
>If I Like It, I Do It - Jamiroquai (not sure who that was aimed at but I'm all for it!)

I have to say I was a cynic before running through that but other than proving I've some random tunes, far too few albums and that I may be a gay woman I don't think the answers came out half bad.

In my ever humble opinion neither the Bible or the stars tell you much, but iTunes, that's a different matter......
